Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in original, unused, and unwashed condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Not be a made-to-order or personalized item (see below)

Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
At Livenza, we embrace mindful production, which means many of our garments are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Custom-sized or made-to-order pieces
- Items altered post-delivery
- Products created specifically for you (e.g., selected fabric, length, etc.)

Return Shipping & Responsibility
Unless your item was received damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
- Returned items remain under your responsibility until received by our team
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll ensure a fair resolution, whether that’s a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Made-to-order or custom items
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another size or item, we suggest:
- Requesting a return (if eligible)
- Placing a new order after your return is approved
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
